But hear me out. I’m sure the majority of you are probably not going to be officially on Whole30 over the holidays. And that’s ok. But what if… you ate whole foods and enjoyed recipes that are made with real ingredients… so that you didn’t feel guilty about a little indulgence? Balance is a good thing.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not here to tell you to cheat on Whole30. If you are on Whole30, by all means, commit to it.
