Hi Chungah I’m pretty new here and I L O V E YOUR SITE! Wonderful recipes, yet I can actually make them. That is so thrilling. And whenever I have company to feed, this is the first place I come. Anyway, I have a quick question – can you tell me how to double the sauce for the Swedish meatballs? We kinda fight over it, LOL. My family loves the new recipes and we love you, too! Thank you!

What, no Bang Bang Chicken? My husband went nuts for it! I think I will make up a large batch of it just to the point where it is coated with the Panko, then freeze the morsels individually before packaging them, so I can have ready to go. It is awfully good!
